2nd Chances Foundation is committed to helping minority men of color who were incarcerated for non-violent offenses successfully reenter the workforce and reintegrate into their communities by offering tools and programs to assist them in creating a new productive citizen construct for themselves. 


2nd Chances Foundation empowers minority youths, boys, and men, who have been formerly incarcerated create successful futures for themselves by offering free resources that (a) teach and foster financial responsibility; (b) assist with career guidance and job placement; (c) introduce educational development opportunities, including vocational training; and (d) aim to help them secure stable and affordable housing.

We strive to serve, build, and strengthen our minority communities of color.
