2nd Chances Foundation is committed to helping minority men of color who were incarcerated and successfully reenter the workforce and reintegrate into their communities by offering tools and programs to assist them in creating a new productive citizen construct for themselves.
At 2nd Chances Foundation (2CF), our Youth Career Development Center offers career building workshops, geared to assist minority youths, young men (ages 16 and up) find employment and mentoring services for short-term and long-term goals with an educational pathway designed to complete and graduate high school and continue their journey to attend a Sunny or Cuny College that will lead them to a direct career path.
2nd Chances Foundation empowers men, who have been formerly incarcerated create successful futures for themselves by offering free resources that (a) teach and foster financial responsibility; (b) assist with career guidance and job placement; (c) introduce educational development opportunities, including vocational training; and (d) aim to help them secure stable and affordable housing.
